(Quest Number: 8220406) Gooding: *ADDENDUM 1-7* DUE DATE EXTENDED Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) 1775 So 1800 East Proposed improvements to the WWTP facility include the following Work: • Rehabilitation of the existing headworks building including installation of a new roof, windows, doors, and hardware and removal of the interior walls. • Installation of a new screen, vortex grit removal system, and classifier. • Construction of a new influent on-site lift station (wet well and valve vault). • Construction of new sequencing batch reactor (SBR) basins and post-equalization basin. • Construction of a new Process Building that will house the aeration blowers, chemical feed system, tertiary filtration system, UV disinfection system, utility water system, and electrical motor control center. • Replacement of a section of concrete influent pipeline to the WWTP. • Construction of a septage dump station. • Associated site work, yard piping, utility water pump and plant drain station, site electrical upgrade, and standby generator. • Consideration of Additive Bid 1 - Installation of a new dewatering system. • Consideration of Additive Bid 2 – Construction of an asphalt secondary plant entrance. • Consideration of Additive Bid 3 - Demolition of existing unused structures. • Consideration of Additive Bid 4 - Rehabilitation of the existing sludge drying beds.
