(RFI # 2022-06) Lake County Water Authority: Beneficial Reuse of Alum Residual. The Lake County Water Authority (LCWA) is requesting information, from qualified Responders regarding their ability to beneficially reuse alum residual produced at the LCWA Nutrient Reduction Facility (NuRF). It is the LCWA intent to assure that its alum residual is beneficially reused in an environmentally responsible, regulatory compliant manner (Federal, State, County, and City). To this end LCWA seeks information from Responders regarding beneficial reuse methods for the NuRF alum residual including, but not limited to composting, land application, fertilizer production, energy production, or other uses.
