(23-05/22 *w/ADDENDA 1-3*) County of Bucks: 23-05/22 *w/ADDENDA 1-3* Building Demolition at Three County Locations. **The due date for uploading your electronic bid response to the PennBid website is 11:15 AM on May 31, 2022.** The work to be done under these Contracts consists of all labor, equipment, materials and other facilities necessary and proper to complete-in-place, the “DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS ON BUCKS COUNTY PROPERTY, CONTRACT A: ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AND CONTRACT B: DEMOLITION”, including but not limited to, site preparation, asbestos abatement, stripping of structures, well abandonment, heating oil storage tank removal, septic system abandonment, removal of environmental items, demolition, backfill, grading and stabilization, transportation and disposal of all demolition wastes, and clean-up, as specified herein.
