(22-0421) Louisville & Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District: INSPECTION SERVICES The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced firms for levels 1, 2, and 3 inspection Services: • Level 1: perform inspections to ensure compliance with the Erosion Prevention & Sediment Control and Floodplain Management Ordinances as they apply to homebuilding and demolition sites, small grading projects and ensures proper procedures are followed related to the capping of sanitary sewer service lines. • Level 2: to include all inspection services identified under Level 1, and the construction inspection of property service connection installations, commercial sites, bonded projects, linear storm & sanitary sewer projects, pump stations, force mains, flood protection, green infrastructure, water line projects, and inflow and infiltration (I & I) projects to ensure compliance with MSD Standard Specifications and Drawings. • Level 3: perform inspections in specialty areas of construction that could include areas of expertise in the construction and commissioning of Waste Water Treatment Plants, including structural, electrical, HVAC and other specialized fields.
