(W.O. 20-41) Billings: Landfill Gas Collection System, Lift One The project consists of: Installing 4500 lineal feet of horizontal gas collection pipes in Phases 3, 4, and 5 of the Billings Regional Landfill. In addition to the horizontal gas collection pipes and associated manifold piping and sub-headers, installation of 4,300 lineal feet of 16 inch header and bypass header piping from the North side of phases 3, 4 and 5 to the southern end of the landfill is included.
