Onslow Co: *Prequalification Of Contractors* Phase 5 Subtitle D Landfill Expansion. The Work to be performed under the Contract generally includes the construction of a 10.5-acre Subtitle D landfill expansion that includes a composite liner system, leachate collection and pumping system, and leachate force main. The Work will also include clearing and grubbing, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater control, excavation and backfill, aggregate course pavement, geotechnical instrumentation installation, electrical and other incidentals as required to complete the project. The Phase 5 landfill expansion will be constructed to the east and immediately adjacent to the existing Subtitle D landfill that is located at 415 Meadowview Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. The project will be bid as a single prime project.
