Redevelopment Authority of the County of Bucks: Limited soil remediation activities. for limited soil remediation activities in accordance with the requirements of Pennsylvania's Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act ("Act 2") at Main Street, 12th Street and Franklin Street in Sellersville Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Tax Map Parcel ID# 39-3-7, 39-4-8, 39-4-10 and 39-3-292, also known as the Sellersville Inactive Landfill Site (the "Site"). The Site consists of approximately 10.257 acres of vacant land. The purpose of the limited soil remediation activities is to enable the Redevelopment Authority and/or any re-user of the site to obtain liability protection from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection ("PADEP") under the residential Statewide Health Standard for soils consistent with Act 2.
