The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED), through its Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau (PSTB), requests proposals from qualified firms, as described in section 20.5.122.2201 NMAC, to provide professional environmental consulting services to conduct investigation and remediation activities in accordance with 20.5 NMAC at the Former Y Station State Lead Site, 721 Commerce Way (1908 N. Prince), Clovis, New Mexico, Release ID #4746. Releases from former underground and above ground petroleum storage tank systems have contaminated both soil and groundwater. Groundwater in this area is part of the regional aquifer. Municipal wells located within a mile of the site are screened in the shallow portion of this regional aquifer. *DOCS ADDED*
