(10172472) Point Comfort : *ADDENDUM 1* Water Treatment Plant Improvements. The first focus of the treatment plant work will be to upgrade to the existing SCADA/Distributed Control System, plus the addition of certain automatic valves and pump lockouts that will shut down the treatment plan prior to any exceedances of water quality parameters. The second focus of the treatment plant work is to replace main treatment with “in kind” equipment. This primarily includes the replacement of the internals of the solids contact clarifier and the filters, while keeping the concrete structures in place.
