(NA) Region IV Development Association, Inc. (RIVDA): (RFQ) Environmental Consulting Services Qualified professionals to provide assistance with environmental assessment and cleanup activities including, but not limited to, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remedial planning, community outreach, and other program activities for which grant funding was obtained. RIVDA was the recipient of a brownfield assessment grant award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for the purposes of revitalizing brownfield sites across South-central Idaho. RIVDA is looking for a qualified consultant to help carryout funding requirements Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on the following criteria. The maximum point value of each criterion is shown in parentheses: Capability to Perform Project(25 pts.) Relevant Project Experience(25 pts.) Qualifications of Project Team(2pts.) Project Approach and Schedule (15 pts.)Competitive price and rates (10 pts.) Ability to meet Insurance Requirements(5pts) SUBTOTAL (100 pts) Selection Committee Interview (optional) (50 pts.)
