New Hanover County is soliciting responses from suitably qualified and experienced companies to finance, construct, regulatory permit, maintain, and operate a landfill gas-to-energy facility at the New Hanover County Secure Landfill. Proposed Term of Contract: An initial twenty (20) years, with the County having the option to extend the term for a maximum of two (2), five (5) year incremental periods.
